Understanding the 5 levels of the Plan's approval is essential in order to determine where your vote counts.  The final approval of the Morena Specific Plan, and the Clairemont Community Plan update  is the vote by our San Diego City Council. This is why it's important to vote for Dr. Jen (Jennifer Campbell) in the November 6th election.

Our current District Council Representative, Lorie Zapf, has refused to help protect the 30Ft Height Limit by refusing to demand that the City Planners return Land Use and Zoning back to the Ad Hoc Subcommittee where it belongs.
